Summer is here.  Reunions, picnics, and other outdoor fun activities are going on all the time. The Alumni Association’s Family picnic is coming up again on Sept. 19th. We will be adding an Arts and Crafts show this year so we are looking for all that South High talent. This year the classes of 1960 and 1965 will be having their reunions in conjunction with the picnic so you will have a great opportunity to see even more old friends and maybe make some new ones. We are looking forward to having as many return guests as we can and hopefully each of you would bring along an alumnus that has not been to our picnic. Each year we are increasing our attendance– the bigger the attendance, the more revenue we will have available for scholarships and other projects at South High School. This picnic is our biggest fund raiser of the year so bring along a new guest. By doing so you will be contributing to the education of a young “dawg.”  See you the 19th and remember that you need to buy your ticket by the 19th so that we can plan accordingly.
